English Lavender Essential Oil

This English Lavender Essential Oil is the concentrated liquid containing volatile aroma compounds steam distilled from the lavender plant. Lavender has been used for centuries to help heal various ailments from minor cuts, bruises and burns to chronic diseases like rheumatism, asthma and dermatitis.

You can use essential oils either by running the oil on your arms or legs or by inhaling the fumes that are produced after you burn the oils in a burner.

If you want to use Essential Oils on your skin. The pure essential oil needs to be diluted with a carrier oil. It is recommended to aim for a dilution of around 2%, which is about 12 drops added into 30 ml of base oil.
