Applied topically, Lavender Essential Oil is frequently used to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. Add to bath water to soak away stress or apply to the temples and the back of the neck. Add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Due to Lavender’s versatile properties, it is considered the must-have oil to have on hand at all times.

How to use Essential Oils

You can use essential oils either by running the oil on your arms or legs or by inhaling the fumes that are produced after you burn the oils in a burner.

If you want to use Essential Oils on your skin. The pure essential oil needs to be diluted with a carrier oil. It is recommended to aim for a dilution of around 2%, which is about 12 drops added into 30 ml of base oil.
