Red Thyme Essential Oil

Red Thyme Essential Oil is often used in aromatherapy to promote feelings of energy and focus, and is believed to have stimulating and uplifting effects. If you want to use Essential Oils on your skin. The pure essential oil needs to be diluted with a carrier oil. It is recommended to aim for a dilution of around 2%, which is about 12 drops added into 30 ml of base oil.
