Valerian Essential Oil

Valerian Essential Oil is an essential oil that is derived from the roots of the valerian plant, also known as Valeriana officinalis. Valerian essential oil is known for its sedative and calming properties and is often used in aromatherapy to promote relaxation and improve sleep. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties and is sometimes used in natural remedies to treat muscle aches and pains.

This essential oil comes in a 10ml bottle.

You can use essential oils either by running the oil on your arms or legs or by inhaling the fumes that are produced after you burn the oils in a burner.

If you want to use Essential Oils on your skin. The pure essential oil needs to be diluted with a carrier oil. It is recommended to aim for a dilution of around 2%, which is about 12 drops added into 30 ml of base oil.
