Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil is an essential oil that is derived from the flowers of the ylang ylang tree, also known as Cananga odorata. It is also believed to have a number of therapeutic properties, including sedative, antidepressant, and aphrodisiac effects.

You can use essential oils either by running the oil on your arms or legs or by inhaling the fumes that are produced after you burn the oils in a burner.

If you want to use Essential Oils on your skin. The pure essential oil needs to be diluted with a carrier oil. It is recommended to aim for a dilution of around 2%, which is about 12 drops added into 30 ml of base oil.
